Function
Role Purpose:
Define and lead the user experience strategy for agent-driven and connected workflows, ensuring seamless integration across digital ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Shape UX strategy for agentic and AI-assisted experiences, including interaction models and control patterns.
- Design connection points between external AI-driven interfaces and core applications to ensure continuity and trust.
- Collaborate with AI and engineering teams to align UX concepts with technical capabilities.
- Contribute to cross-domain initiatives that span multiple workflows and business areas.
- Develop future-proof interaction frameworks for hybrid experiences combining classic and AI-augmented workflows.
- Facilitate workshops and concept validation with stakeholders and end-users.
Requirements
- 10–15 years in UX/Product design with proven leadership .
- Proven experience in strategic UX design for complex systems or AI-driven products.
- Strong understanding of agentic and assistant UX paradigms.
- Ability to translate program-level goals into actionable UX frameworks.
- Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
- Familiarity with enterprise workflows and integration challenges.
- Exposure to AI/ML concepts and conversational UX.
- Experience in large-scale digital transformation projects.
