Are you driven, entrepreneurial, and eager to create something from the ground up and with solid support behind you? We’re expanding our successful Norwegian consulting and project staffing business into Sweden, and we’re looking for you to take the lead.
Function
The Role:
We’re searching for an ambitious and hands-on leader to establish and grow our consulting and project staffing services within construction and general industry in Sweden. You’ll be starting from scratch, but you won’t be alone. Our experienced team in Norway has done this before and will provide you with the tools, systems, and backing to succeed.
What You’ll Do:
Build and lead our Swedish operations with a clear focus on customer partnerships and delivering results. Take full responsibility for P&L and business performance. Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored project staffing solutions. Navigate the local regulatory framework confidently and compliantly. Be a key part of our Nordic team, collaborating across borders to create lasting impact.
Requirements
Who You Are:
A natural leader with high energy, drive, and a passion for building business. We care more about you than your formal background and education. A strong communicator and true team player who takes ownership. Entrepreneurial at heart and understands what it takes to succeed in a fast-paced, customer-centric business. Based in Stockholm, Luleå or Gothenburg (or willing to relocate). Experience in staffing, consulting, construction, or industrial sectors is a big plus.
