Function

As a Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for Project Management / Planning / Coordinating activities typically in the context of a production or services project to fulfill a customer order or need according to financial/commercial parameters and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will contribute to the development of an operational year plan for the business and take part in discussions on the consequences of changes in products and processes for the team in the organization. The Service Coordinator is a key role in driving the project from start to finish.

Responsibilities
The main areas of responsibility are (but not limited to):

• Take part in creating quotes/cost estimates for minor service scopes/projects.
• Take part in driving project execution from start to finish for a variety of Projects including Services, Repairs, Refurbishment, New Built, Upgrades & re—design of various Oilfield Equipment products.
• Driving key project initiatives, including OTD review, cost vs budget reviews and actions for improvement.
• Take part in Project Risk review and Lessons Learned sessions.
• Record and report risk & opportunities related to ongoing projects.
• Working closely with Project Manager, Workshop, Sourcing, Engineering, Planner, Quality & Commercial team(s).
• Manage the ‘Sales Order’ in close collaboration with the Project Manager
• Create ‘work orders’ and ‘work order packages’ based on engineering specifications, and hand over to workshop foreman.
• Work closely with the shop to resolve issues related to the WOP and/or WO, attend production meetings, and communicate status to the project manager / customer.
• Ensure availability of parts for the ongoing workshop activities.
• Monitor and report progress and critical issues.
• Report the need for —and take part in managing variation orders.
• Drive, monitor and manage material flow towards your project, ensure timely escalation of MRP challenges.
• Manage schedules and observation/witness points.

• Support activities related to MRB / final documentation.
• Promote and ensure compliance with HSE Plan, Quality Plan and related requirements.
• Participate in own evolvement by developing a year plan for how to participate in the department’s yearly goals.
• Attend mandatory training — both physical and e—Learning.
• Take part in the continuous improvement of products, processes, and procedures.
• Coordinate customer visits at the site as necessary.
• Create ship lines in the SO and assist logistics in exporting parts as required.
• Provide support to ongoing projects around the globe using our subsea control systems. This includes technical support as well as propositions on technical solutions to operational challenges.
