Senior Engineer Maintenance – Haugesund

Introduction

Location: Haugesund, Stavanger or Asker
Duration: 01/04/2025 – 31/12/2026

Function

  • Establish philosophies for Maintenance and Reliability, Spare Part, Operation etc.
  • Perform RCM analysis including Technical Tag Hierarchy, Consequence Classification and FMECA.
  • Perform RAM (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability) analysis
  • Estimate Preventive Maintenance hours
  • Development of Preventive Maintenance program
  • Be proactive towards other disciplines to implement RAM/RCM into design
  • Advise for Condition Monitoring as a result of FMECA/RAM
  • Spare parts evaluation

Requirements

Required Education:

  • Master or bachelor degree 

Required Work Experience:

  • Experience with Reliability, Availability and Maintainability (RAM) analysis
  • Experience in performing Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM)
  • Experience with Failure Modes and Effects Criticality Analysis (FMECA)
  • Experience with Maintenance Programmes including Condition Based Maintenance (CBM)
  • Experience with spare parts and SPIR lists
  • Min 5 year work experience with Maintenance and operation
  • Recent graduates are encouraged to apply

  • Good communication skills
  • Cooperative working attitude and acceptance for multicultural team environment
  • Ability to work independently and thorough as well as ability to work in team 
  • Good multidiscipline understanding
  • Have a high loyalty to deadlines and quality requirements
  • Be proactive, seeking advice and share own experiences with others
  • Communicate well in English – both oral and in writing
  • Knowledge of Norwegian language would be advantageous
