Rental Tool Pool Coordinator – Stavanger

Introduction

Location: Stavanger
Duration: Asap – 6 months

Function

  • As Rental Coordinator you will act as single point of contact towards projects and coordinate Surface tooling allocation and maintenance.
  • Responsible for allocation of Surface tooling to internal customers based on requests and according to requirements.
  • Responsible for defining scope of work to workshop and external suppliers with support from Life of Field Department
  • Responsible for follow up of assigned scope of work/ job package progress towards internal & external suppliers.
  • Ensure recertification, repair, modifications and maintenance of Surface tooling is performed by workshop and/or by third party according to TechnipFMC & Local requirements.
  • Ensure correct reporting in applicable systems according to agreed procedures and routines (Project Status file, ETM master data, SAP… etc)
  • Monitor Demob of tools and ensure any required repair is performed prior to putting tool back to the warehouse.
  • Manage Quality Notifications and Service Notifications for assigned projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experience can compensate for lack of formal education.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience related to Project Coordination role
  • Interpretation of technical drawings and specifications
  • Experience related to wellhead equipment and tools is a plus
  • SAP experience is preferred
  • Microsoft Excel
