Project Manager – Oslo

Introduction

Location: Oslo, Stavanger or Trondheim
Duration: 15/08/2025 -14/08/2026

Function

  • Project Manager for the company’s projects who follows the Stage Gate Process for typical hydrocarbon projects
  • Facilitate a creative environment with high interaction – to ensure that all options and potential concepts are defined and developed
  • Ensure successful execution and integration of the overall Project in the Concept Development phase (integrator of all deliverables from Facilities, D&W, Operations, Reservoir, Commercial etc.) and potentially also post DG2 
  • Ensure Project performance (Concept identification/ evaluation/screening, project execution, HSE, quality, schedule, cost, reporting, risk management) and overall deliveries of a Project
  • Stakeholder management and communication to stakeholders
  • Contribute to further development and improvement of company processes and procedures

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience from working on hydrocarbon projects
  • Experience in working in the stages from pre DG0 to Concept Select and strong knowledge on the stages post DG2
  • Master of Science or MBA
  • Previous experience as Project Manager/Group Leader (or similar) with a proven track record for delivering results and managing groups of multi discipline team members
  • Demonstrated ability to drive improvement and seek new solutions
