Dovre divests its North American operations

Dovre’s owner, NYAB AB, has signed an agreement to divest Dovre’s North American operations, Dovre Canada Limited and Dovre Group Inc. (USA) to Teal Recruitment, a Canada‑based company providing specialized recruitment and workforce services.

The divestment supports Dovre’s strategic focus on markets where the company’s position and long‑term potential for profitable growth are strongest, with a clear emphasis on the Nordic region.

The North American operations were originally acquired as part of NYAB’s acquisition of Dovre’s consulting and project personnel business in January 2025. Following a strategic review, the operations have been assessed as having limited long‑term strategic relevance for Dovre’s continued development within the Group.

“Through the Dovre acquisition, we established a presence in Norway, in line with our focus on the Nordic markets. Divesting the North American operations is a natural step to concentrate the business on markets where our position and potential for profitable growth are strongest,” says Johan Larsson, CEO of NYAB.

The transaction was carried out on market terms, and the parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price. The transaction was completed in March 6, 2026.
