MMR Coordinator – Tananger

Function
Main Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate all Maintenance, Modification, and Repair (MMR) activities for internal and external customers.
- Ensure on‑time delivery and cost control for all MMR activities.
- Manage risks related to MMR work and communicate potential issues to the MMR Manager.
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of department processes and procedures.
- Create execution plans to support structured MMR activity planning and delivery.
- Prepare and lead internal and external pre‑production and kick‑off meetings, including for sub‑contracted services.
- Create, follow up, and close service orders in SAP.
- Follow up work packages with the workshop and sub‑contractors.
- Collaborate with Life of Field Engineers to ensure timely engineering assessments and dispositions.
- Manage procurement of spare parts and track deliveries.
- Create and follow up purchasing requisitions for third‑party services.
- Follow up subcontractors, including direct meetings and site visits.
- Prepare quotations and invoice documentation for review and approval.
- Report progress and provide forecasts for ongoing MMR jobs.
- Handle material administration for MMR equipment in SAP.
- Create, follow up, and close QNs and punch items for MMR equipment.
General Responsibilities
- Perform work according to Company rules, regulations, code of conduct, and customer expectations.
- Identify and escalate challenges affecting Quality, Safety, and HSE.
- Communicate and report deviations within Company work scope.
- Execute operational activities safely and professionally on location.
- Drive continuous improvement in quality and safety.
- Promote a positive working environment with internal customers and supporting departments.
- Adapt to changes in work tasks based on business needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical qualification preferred.
- Relevant experience may compensate for lack of formal education.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience with wellhead equipment and tools.
- Experience in Maintenance, Modification, and Repair (MMR) of products in the Oil & Gas industry preferred.
- Commercial experience is an advantage.
