We are looking for a Project Completion Engineer who will be responsible for engaging and performing Completion and Commissioning activities related to the fabrication testing, documentation preparation and system testing of PWP topside equipment with special attention to Heat Trace and Insulation scope.
Function
- Ensure completion and commissioning requirements of all PWP process systems, meeting all company’s project and operational requirements, including verification and assurance.
- Implementing the commissioning certification and handover process according to Project Completion Strategy for relevant systems.
- Responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient handover of relevant systems to the Asset Operations team upon completion of commissioning activities.
- Establishing and follow LUDN module in PIMS, and set up LUDN according to project requirements
- Execution of activities assigned by the Commissioning System Lead on dedicated systems
- Verify Construction Field installations are according to design/ISO/P&ID’s in collaboration with System Lead.
- Participate in check-out, verification (Walk Down/Yellow line) according to the RFCC Hand-Over Process
- Plan and facilitate for: Check-out/execution of static commissioning and Dynamic commissioning activities and Daily reporting regarding ongoing commissioning activities.
- Participate in meetings for planning Commissioning activities and advice related to Process input to overall Completion strategy and planning
- According to Alliance practice ensure good communication between operation, maintenance, contractors, and suppliers
- Update Master Dossier for P&ID Red-line Mark-up, Valve and Blinding list according to System Lead’s instructions
- Assist with collection of documentation related to RFOC Hand-over according to System Lead’s instructions
- Manage related ATS and other resources providing services and supplying materials or equipment for rotating Process Systems Commissioning.
- The Project Completion Engineer will agree goals for his/her performance with the Commissioning System Lead Process. Special focus on delivery of goals within: HSE, Quality, Schedule, Costs, Efficiency and Performance Management
Provide guidance and direction to the Process Commissioning Team, contributing in:
- Witness contractor/supplier tests as necessary (FAT/SAT)
- Develop and review relevant commissioning procedures.
- Implement the commissioning scope and contribute to a smooth transition from Project to Operations
Requirements
Education, experience and job requirements:
- BSc. in Engineering or a related field or equivalent education / experience.
- Experience from the project’s operations is of great benefit.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Track record of engineering competency and delivery in the Oil & Gas industry and able to demonstrate effective project management skills
- Familiarity with planning tools, works management systems and document management systems
- Ability to engage and lead a team of commissioning engineers & technicians and other professionals.
- Has the knowledge of reading and understanding of P&ID’s and ISO’s
