Function
As an HVAC Discipline Lead, you will support project execution across all phases.
Key responsibilities include:
- Contract & Client Interaction:
Analyze contracts and specifications, and participate in technical discussions with clients. - Team Leadership:
Manage HVAC team tasks and deliverables, stepping in on individual tasks when necessary. - Design Development:
Prepare Basis of Design, HVAC Philosophy, and System Description documents. - Technical Contributions:
Schematic Air Flow Diagrams and D&ID drawings.
Select HVAC equipment based on capacity and suitability.
Provide input to the 3D model.
Follow up with the supplier - Project Support:
Offer senior HVAC expertise from concept through construction, including participation in reviews. - Coordination:
Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure integrated project delivery.
Requirements
Required Education:
- Bachelor degree in relevant field Required Work
Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of HVAC discipline experience on large offshore projects, preferably greenfield, from C-study to handover.
- Proven experience in team leadership.
- Experience with HVDC/wind projects is an advantage.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong commitment to meeting deadlines and quality standards.
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail, as well as effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proactive mindset; willing to share knowledge and experience with others.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Familiarity with relevant offshore standards.
