Function
Responsible for execution of the core generation assets, including generators, mechanical packages, and auxiliaries. Owns delivery from construction through mechanical completion and commissioning readiness.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead execution of turbine, generator, and mechanical package installation
• Manage EPC and OEM contractors within assigned scope
• Coordinate mechanical completion and commissioning interfaces
• Review and manage workpacks, lifting plans, and execution sequencing
• Resolve technical and execution issues in the field
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental requirements
• Report progress, risks, and mitigation actions to Site Execution Manager
Requirements
Required Experience
• Mechanical engineering background
• Power generation, turbines, rotating equipment
• Construction and commissioning leadership
• EPC / EPCM project experience
