Function
Description of role:
- Shall coordinate INS/SAS activities according to commissioning plan (hanging garden).
- Shall ensure PIMS is up to date according to system responsibilty matrix and contribute to:
- Scoping CPCR’s Commissioning procedures
- Follow up ATS resources on site as per system responsibilities
- Coordinate with counterparts in project if required
- Ensure the commissioning activities are completed according to Companys governing documents, values and visions.
- Shall ensure that all activities are planned and executed in compliance with HSSE regulatory requirements, Company and Yard HSSE requirements.
- Shall report progress, concerns and any change in risk picture to the Commissioning Automation Lead
- Contribute to good work environment
Main responsibilities
- Creating necessary commissioning procedures in PIMS
- Ensure PIMS is up to date with relevant information (Scoping)
- Participate in coordination/work permit meetings as required
- Input to commissioning plan as required
- Ensure necessary test equipment Is available if required
- Follow up loop test activities
- Contribute to a strong HSE culture
- Follow up needed vendor/supplier/3rd party assistance at site
- Punch reporting, clearing and verification in PIMS
- Follow up findings during tests (dynamic commissioning) that require modifications in SAS. Changes to be documented in PIMS according to SAS change log procedure
- Contribute to establish a plan for commissioning assistance on site
- Give input to plan if required
- Write Commissioning Queries and Document Queries as required
Deliverables:
- Provide input to estimates and plan
- Contribute to relevant system procedures for the instrument discipline
- Assist other disciplines in dynamic commissioning
- Status reporting to Commissioning Instrument Lead
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant engineering discipline
- Certified in relevant industry standards
- Strong understanding of commissioning plans, procedures, and project lifecycle.
- Strong focus on HSSE culture and a commitment to safe work practices.
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with a keen eye for detail.
- Must be a team player with a positive attitude, contributing to a good work environment.
