We are pleased and proud to announce that our framework agreement with Aibel has been extended for another two years as a Level 1 supplier of engineering and project personnel.

Dovre is bringing its operations together into a cohesive Nordic offering covering advisory services, project management and project personnel. As part of this, the business is unified under a single name: Dovre Solutions.

Dovre’s owner, NYAB AB, has signed an agreement to divest Dovre’s North American operations, Dovre Canada Limited and Dovre Group Inc. (USA) to Teal Recruitment, a Canada‑based company providing specialized recruitment and workforce services.

NYAB has appointed Harald Nikolaisen as CEO of Dovre and as a member of NYAB’s Executive Management Team. Harald assumed the role on 1 February 2026 and is responsible for the continued development of Dovre’s operations, market position and business development in Norway. A clear focus will be on growth and profitability.

Dovre, a subsidiary of NYAB Group with operations in Norway and globally, has secured a five-year extension of its frame agreement with Aker BP ASA, strengthening its position as a trusted partner in major energy projects. Originally signed in 2020, the agreement is now valid until May 30, 2030.
