Function

  • We are now looking for an enthusiastic Delivery Coordinator for a temporary position in our Order Management department.
  • As a Delivery Coordinator, you play a key role in ensuring that our deliveries to the subsea market are complete and documented according to customer requirements. An important part of the job is compiling final documentation (MRB – Material Record Book), which includes test reports, material certificates, and traceability lists with serial numbers for our products and components.
  • You will be part of a team of several Delivery Coordinators, as well as the Order Management department, which consists of coordinators, planners, and project coordinators. The Delivery Coordinators communicate closely with these functions within the department, and also interact with production, warehouse, and engineering as needed. You may also be involved in coordination tasks related to order follow-up, depending on requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Compilation of final documentation for customers
  • Follow-up on any comments and approval of documentation
  • Contribute to planning and execution of our deliveries
  • Coordination of shipments to customers – both internally with finance and warehouse, and externally with customers and transport companies

Requirements

  • Relevant education in administration or equivalent experience Experience with SAP is an advantage
  • Good English and Norwegian skills, both oral and written
  • Experience with document handling and preferably also project coordination
  •  Good knowledge of Word and Adobe (PDF) / PDF-Xchange
  • Ability to work in a structured and accurate manner and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to communicate effectively
